Product Availability
Products presented on the site are all ready for delivery. However, CustomerS acknowledges the remote possibility that they may no longer be available for sale when placing the order. In this case, after the email order confirmation, Center Silver Srl will inform the customer via a new e-mail and the order will be considered deleted. It is also stated that any offers relative to the products on the Website are exclusively valid for purchases made online.
Payment method
The ordered products and delivery charges can be paid with the following methods:
?1. Cash on delivery (at an additional cost), valid only for Italy, in cash at the time of delivery of the package containing the goods ordered;
2. Credit Card through PayPal payment system. With this method, the sending of data (credit card number, expiry date) is done safely without Center Silver Srl or any third party accessing it in any way. It should be noted that credit cards accepted are: Visa, Master Card and American Express;
3. Bank Transfer. The bank details are as follows:

Billing
The commercial invoice will be issued (in paper format and inserted in the package containing the ordered products) by Center Silver Srl registered at the Chamber of Commerce of Teramo under Number REA TE-67632 – VAT No. 00213660673 Tax Identification Code 00213660673 and with registered office at Via Forlì 23/25 – 64021 Giulianova (TE). It should be noted that all the prices shown on the site are inclusive of VAT at 22%
Product guarantees
Center Silver Srl guarantees that the products delivered are the same as those found on the Site Any obvious defects must be reported by the Customer within and no later than 10 (ten) days from the delivery date.
Return policy
If the Customer changes his mind, he may exercise the right of withdrawal (in accordance with Legislative Decree 185 of 22 May 1999) by returning the product purchased and request a replacement or refund. The right of withdrawal applies only to natural persons acting for purposes not related to his professional activity. Therefore, purchases made by retailers and businesses for purposes related to business activities are excluded from the right to cancel.
How to make a Return
Return is exercised by sending a written letter addressed to Silver Center Srl – Via Forlì, 23/25 – 64021 Giulianova (TE) within 10 (ten) working days from receipt of goods. The notice may be sent, within the same period, by fax to 0858001723, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours. Such notice must contain the codes of the products to be returned as well as indications of the bank details (CAB, ABI) related to your account in order to enable the eventual credit by bank transfer. The customer is required to send the products to the address below within ten (10) working days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal. Silver Center Srl – Via Forlì 23/25 – 64021 Giulianova (TE). The products being returned must not have been used and be absolutely in the same condition they were in at the time of delivery. It should also be noted that in no case will be withdrawn parcels cash or COD.
Method of refund
Once the goods have been received and their integrity checked, the sum will take place by bank transfer within 10 (ten) days from receiving the letter in which the Customer has expressed its intention to exercise the right of withdrawal. The amount that will be credited is attributable solely to the price paid net of shipping costs incurred by the Customer for the return of products to Center Silver Srl.
